BoxingYoga™ is a powerful yoga-based training system specifically designed for boxers. To improve physical strength and flexibility to maintain optimal health, prevent injury and maximize performance.
Brings the mindset of a champion, one who learns equally from failure as from success, teaching participants to maintain focus, determination and composure in highly intense, challenging situations, just like a boxer.


Class structure (1hr): 
Warm Up

Sequences to mobilize the spine.  

Hips and hamstrings stretched-out. Balancing postures. 


Work through the major muscle groups: 

Upper-body, core and legs.


Intense flow sequence. 

Emphasis on alignment, endurance, mobility & strength.

Cool- down

Passive stretch-out. Relax.

Sunday 4pm – 5pm: mixed class – all levels £5
